Cisco To Invest $100M Euros In France

San Jose-based Cisco is planning to invest $100 million eruos in French startups, according to French Prime Minister Manual Valls. According to the Prime Minister's office, the investment comes as part of a larger collaboration between Cisco and the country of France, to help bolster a number of technology areas in the country. Cisco did not say what kinds of startups it would be ivnesting in as part of the strategic agreement, nor did it detail any other information on the new relationship with France.
