DoctorBase Acquired By Kareao

San Francisco-based DoctorBase, a developer of medical practice marketing and patient communications software, has been acquired by cloud medical office management software developer Kareo. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. DoctorBase was led by John Sung Kim, the former CEO of Five9.
