HelpIQ Acquired By ProProfs

San Francisco-based help and knowledgebase software developer HelpIQ has been acquired by software developer ProProfs, the two companies said this week. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. HelpIQ develops cloud--based, knowledge base software used by such companies as Adobe, Spirit Airlines, Accenture, and Nissan. HelpIQ was founded by Brett Ryckman.
