Gynesonics Gains $43M

Redwood City-based Gynesonics, a developer of minimally invasive medical devices for treating uterine fibroids in women, has raised $43M in a funding round. The funding was led by Endeavor Vision andd Abingworth. HealthCrest, InterWest Partners, Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV), HBM Partners, Correlation Ventures and Hercules Technology Growth Capital also participated. Christopher M.
