Omada Health Finds $48M
San Francisco-based digital health product developer Omada Health has raised $8M in a Series C funding, the company announced this morning. The funding was led by Norwest Venture Partners, and also included Humana, Providence Health & Services along with US Venture Partners and Andreessen Horowitz, GE Ventures and dRx Capital. Omada is headed by Sean Duffy, and helps develops digital health products to help employers and health plans implement behavioral interventions for those at risk for heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
