Pandora Buys Assets From Rdio

Oakland-based music streaming service Pandora said late Monday afternoon that it is acquiring some key asssets from Rdio, in a deal worth $75M in cash. Pandora said the technology, IP, and talent acquired from Rdio will go to expand its service.
