Square Surges In IPO

San Francisco-based Square has seen a giant surge in its IPO, trading up more than 46% in morning trading, after pricing its IPO at $9.00 per share last night. Square traded as high as $14.78 in its IPO debut this morning, a significant bump to its lowered IPO price last night. Square had priced below its initial estimated IPO range of $11.00 and $13.00 per share. The company is now trading as SQ on the New York Stock Exchange.
