Lenda Lands $2M For Mortgage Loan Refinancing

San Francisco-based Lenda, a provider of online mortgage refinancing tools, has raised $2M in a seed funding, the company said Tuesday. The funding came from Lakestar, Rubicon Ventures and 500 Startups. Lenda, led by Jason van den Brand, said it allows homeowners to refinance their mortgage completely online, closing loans nearly three times faster. More information »
