Infogain Acquires Blue Star Infotech

Los Gatos-based business and IT consulting provider Infogain said Monday that it has acquired the IT operations of Blue Star Infotech. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Infogain said that the combined company will have close to 4,000 employees, spread across nine locations globally. The deal had originally been announced in September. Infogain is led by Kapil Nanda. Sunil Bhatia of Blue Star Infotech Ltd. becomes CEO of the combined company, with Nanda becoming Executive Chairman.
