CarGlass Gets $3M To Automatically Connect Drivers To News, Podcasts
San Francisco-based CarGlass, a company developing software which automatically scours the Internet for news, podcasts, and other information for users, and turns it into a podcast matching your commute length, has raised $3M in a funding round. The comapny said the funding came from Byron Asset Management, Morning Crest Capital, and two, un-named family offices. CarGlass develops Otto Radio, which creates a news podcast based on a user's interest and length of commute. The company was founded by Stanley Yuan, Yu Wang, and David Fink.
