MindMaze Finds $100M For Virtual Reality Therapy, Joins Unicorns
San Francisco-based MindMaze, which is developing virtual reality platforms used to treat stroke and brain injury, has raised $100M in a new funding round, according to the company. MindMaze said the round was led by the Hinduja Group, and values the company at a pre-money valuation of more than $1 billion. MindMaze, led by CEO Tej Tadi, says its "multisensory computing platform" combines virtual reality, computer vision, neuroscience, AI and haptics, which currently are being applied to virtual reality rehabilitation.
