Aria Systems Gains $50M

San Francisco-based Aria Systems, a developer of payment systems used to manage recurring revenue for enterprise companies, has raised $50M in a new funding round, according to the company. The funding came from Bain Capital Ventures, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, InterWest Partners, Tugboat Ventures, Venrock and VMware plus Rembrandt Venture Partners, Madison Bay Capital Partners and Hercules Technology Growth Capital.
