Aria Systems Adds $18M

San Francisco-based Aria Systems, which develops software that helps enterprises grow their subscription revenues, has raised $18M in a funding round. The funding was led by Madison Bay Capital, and also included Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, InterWest Partners, and Venrock. Aria Systems says it has now raised a total of $150M. As part of the funding, Steve Reale of Madison Bay Capital, and Drew Harman of InterWest join the company's board of directors. Aria is led by President and CEO Tom Dibble. More information »
