Luxe Picks Up $50M From Hertz

San Francisco-based Luxe, an on-demand valet parking service, has just raised $50M from Hertz, Redpoint Ventures, and Venrock, the firm said this morning. According to Luxe Valet, the Series B funding from Hertz Global Holdings also adds Hertz President and CEO John P. Tague to its board of directors. Luxe both provides valet parking, but also will provide a car wash, gas refill, and oil change services to its customers, all driven via a mobile app. More information »
