Twilio Surges In IPO, Trades Above $25.00 In First Hours On Market

San Francisco-based Twilio has seen a huge bump in its IPO, and was trading at more than $25.69 in its initial morning trading on the NYSE as TWLO. The company priced its IPO last night at $15.00 per share, but started out the morning well above that, up more than 70% in only its first hour and half of trading.
