Scout RFP Finds $9M To Automate RFPs

San Francisco-based Scout, a developer of software to automate the process of requests for proposals (RFPs) and corresponding responses from vendors, has raised $9M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and also included GV (formerly Google Ventures). Scout RFP is led by CEO Alex Yukabovich. NEA's involvement was led by Chetan Puttagunta.
