Scout RFP Scores $15.5M

San Francisco-based Scout RFP, a developer of cloud-based tools to help enterprises solicit requests for proposals (RFPs) for their purchasing and sourcing efforts, has raised $15.5M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Menlo Ventures, and also included New Enterprise Associates. Menlo's Matt Murphy joins the company's board. Scout RFP says it now has raised a total of $27.25M.
