Hewlett Packard Enterprise Seeks $10 Billion Sale, Says Report
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (HPE) is reportedly in talk to be be acquired by private equity firms, including Thoma Bravo, in a deal worth between $8 billion and $10 billion, according to Reuters on Thursday. The companies have yet to announce a deal, and other private equity investors--Vista Equity, The Carlyle Group, and TPG Capital--are reportedly also involved in possible bids for HPE.
