Pay By Group Gets $3.4M

San Francisco-based Pay By Group, which develops group payment software, has raised $3.4M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by SparkLabs Global Ventures, and also included Great Oaks Capital, 500 Startups, Payment Ventures, Amino Capital, and Kima Ventures, along with angels Deb Lui (Facebook), Karl Jacob, Thomas Lerhman, Greg Kidd, Russ Fradin (Dynamic Signal), and Bryan Bradford.
