Roofstock Gets $20M

Oakland-based Roofstock, which operates an online marketplace for investing in single family rental properties, has raised $20M in a Series B funding, the company announced today. The funding was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and also included Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Nyca Partners, QED Investors and SV Angel. Roofstock is led by Gary Beasley.
