Report: Fitbit Buys Pebble

San Francisco-based fitness wearable maker Fitbit is reportedly about to buy smart watch maker Pebble, in a deal rumored to be worth around $30M to $40M. Pebble is based in Palo Alto. Neither company has yet confirmed the details of the deal or finances.
