Zoom Video Communications Snags $100M

San Jose-based Zoom Video Communications, a provider of cloud-based video conferencing and online meeting software, said today that it has raised $100M in a Series D funding. The funding was led by Sequoia, and also included Emergence Capital, Jerry Yang's AME Cloud Ventures, and Qualcomm Ventures. Carl Eschenbach of Sequoia has joined Zoom's board as part of the funding. The company has now raised $145.5M in total. Zoom's CEO is Eric S. Yuan. More information »
