Aryaka Adds $45M For WAN Networking

Milpitas-based Aryaka, a provider of wide are networking technology and services, has raised $45M in a Series D funding, the company announced this week. The funding was led by Third Point Ventures, and also included Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners (DTCP), along with existing investors. Aryaka provides its own WAN network, which is used to deploy software-as-a-service applications across offices in multiple countries or areas, bypassing slow Internet access across borders.
