Nextbit Systems Acquired By Razer

San Francisco-based Nextbit Systems, which is developing its own Android phones, has been acquired by gaming products maker Razer. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Razer said it has hired both Nextbit's management team and employees, and continue to support Nextbit's Robin smartphone. Razer is venture backed by Intel Capital, IDG-Accel and Heliconia Capital Management (Heliconia), a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore investment company Temasek.
