Syncplicity Acquired By Axway

San Francisco-based Syncplicity, the developer of enterprise file sharing and synchronization software, has been acquired by French software firm Axway, the two said on Wednesday afternoon. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Syncplicity was owned by private equity investor Skyview Capital. Skyview acquired Syncplicity from EMC in July of 2015.
