Autodesk's Pixlr Acquired By 123RF

Pixlr, a developer of mobile photo editing tools which is owned by San Rafael-based 123RF, a provider of royalty free, stock photography and images. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Pixlr was foundedin 2008 in Sweden, and was acquired by Autodesk in 2011. At the time, AutoDesk said the buy would help it bolster its SketchBook product line.
