SmugMug Acquires Flickr

Mountain View-based photo service SmugMug said on Monday that it has acquired Flickr, the online photo sharing site owned by Oath. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to SmugMug, the two brands will continue to operate as separate entitites.
