Silver Peak Finds $90M From TCV For WAN Equipment

Santa Clara-based SD-WAN equipment maker Silver Peak announced Tuesday morning that it has raised $90M in a strategic investment from TCV. Silver Peak said that J.P. Morgan was its exclusive placement agent in the transaction. Silver Peak said the company will use the injection of capital for go-to-market expansion plans and "continued innovation." Silver Peak's wide area network equipment is used by enterprises to connect together geographically distributed offices in a single network. More information »
