Yesware Finds $13.3M

Boston- and San Francisco-based Yesware, a developer of a product that helps track sales emails and responses, has raised $13.3M in a funding round, according to the company. The funding was led by Foundry Group, and also included Battery Ventures, Google Ventures, Golden Venture Partners and IDG Ventures participating. Matthew Bellows is CEO and co-founder of the company; Cashman Andrus is the CTO and co-founder.
