DDN Completes Acquisition Of Tintri
Santa Clara-based DataDirect Networks has completed its acquisition of Tintri, the bankrupt flash data storage developer, in a deal worth $60M, the company said this week. According to DDN, the acquisition came after an "extensive" bidding process, where DDN was declared the auction winner. DDN said that, as a result of the acquisition, it will restart the service and support for Tintri's customer base, and plans to enhance Tintri's product roadmap within the next 90 days.
