Machinify Finds $10M

Palo Alto-based Machinify said on Tuesday that it has raised $10M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by Battery Ventures, and also included GV and Matrix Partners. Machinify develops artificial intellignence software, which it says helps businesses with improving business performance. The company's founder and CEO is Prasanna Ganesan, previously CTO of VUDU, along with two other VUDU alumni, Tony Miranz and Edward Lichty. More information »
