Sverica Capital Management Buys iWave

San Francisco-based private equity investor Sveria Capital Management announced this morning that it has acquired iWave Information Systems, a provider of software used for donor prospecting and research by charity organizations. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. iWave had been owned by Jamie Hill of Charlottetown PEI. iWave was based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
