Tacit Knowledge Acquired By Newgistics

San Francisco-based Tacit Knowledge has been acquired by Newgistics, a provider of e-commerce services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Newgistics said it will use the acquisition to bolster its e-commerce services, by adding software development and consulting services. Tacit Knowledge was founded in 2002, and employs over 80 people across five offices.
