Tealeaf Acquires Overstat

San Francisco-based Tealeaf, a developer of customer analytics and customer services management software, said Thursday that it has acquired Overstat, a fellow San Francisco firm developing cloud-based, website usability analytics software. Financial terms of the deal were not announced.
