TechBargains.com Acquired By Ziff Davis

San Francisco-based TechBargains.com, an online deal aggregation site focused on consumer electronics, has been acquired by Ziff Davis, the companies said Tuesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Ziff Davis, which is a unit of j2 Global, acquired TechBargains.com from Exponential Interactive. The companies said that Exponential Interactive was advised by Vista Point Advisors in the deal.
