TriAccess Technologies Acquired By TriQuint

Santa Rosa-based TriAccess Technologies, a developer of semiconductors for the cable TV and fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) market, has been acquired by TriQuint. TriQuint announced the deal late Thursday, but did not disclose financial detail of the acquisition. TriQuint was the foundry for TriAccess.
