Twistage Acquired By Lexmark

Twistage, a San Francisco-based developer of digital media management tools, has been acquired by printer maker Lexmark. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Lexmark announced the acquisition of Twistage along with AccessVia, a developer of printing software. Lexmark said it spent a total of approximately $31.5M for the two companies. Twistage's technology is used to ingest, manage, publish, syndicate, and measure rich media publishing.
