Twitter Names Costolo CEO

Dick Costolo, Twitter's COO, has been promoted to CEO, the firm said Monday afternoon. According to Twitter CEO Evan Williams, he will now focus on product strategy at the firm. Costolo has been COO at Twitter for the last year.
