Ultra Pure Solutions Acquired By Fujifilm

Castroville, California-based Ultra Pure Solutions, a manufacturer of solvents used in semiconductor manufacturing, has been acquired by Fujifilm Corporation. Financial details of the acquisition wer enot announced. Fujifilm said that UPSI will be renamed FUJIFILM Ultra Pure Solutions, Inc. UPSI had been founded and is led by Christopher Fitzjohn.
