W2O Group Buys Fox Communications

San Francisco-based W2O Group said Wednesday that it has acquired Fox Communications, a communications firm also based in San Francisco. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. W2O Group said that Lynn Fox, the founder of Fox Communications, will become a Managing Director in its WCG unit. W2O Group said Fox previously served at such firms as Apple, Twitter, and Google.
