WideOrbit Buys Assets Of Orion Business Systems

San Francisco-based WideOrbit, a developer of business management software for media companies, said today that it hs acquired the Orion Business Solutions assets of VCI Solutions. VCI was based in Springfield, Massachusetts. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. VCI Solutions provides sales and traffic software for the broadcast and cable industry, and counts CNBC, MSNBC, Bravo, Univision, Galavision, Telelatino, Comcast Sports, BET and many others as clients.
