Yobongo Acquired By Mixbook

Yobongo, the developer of a mobile chat app for the iPhone, has been acquired by Palo Alto-based Mixbook. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Yobongo said its entire team is joining Mixbook. Mixbook develops a service to help users create their own customized photo books, cards, and calendars. Yobongo was founded by Caleb Elston and David Kasper.
