3Q Digital Acquired By Harte Hanks

San Francisco- and San Mateo-based 3Q Digital, a digital marketing agency, has been acquired by marketing services firm Harte Hanks, according to the two companies. Financial term of the buy were not disclosed. 3Q Digital's clients included Symantec, SurveyMonkey, Wine.com and California Closets. Harte Hanks said the deal included both an initial sum, plus earn out over the next three years.
