AMD Sales, Marketing Head Resigns

Sunnyvale-based AMD said late yesterday that its Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Henri Richard, is leaving the company. The firm said that Richard is departing of his own accord and on "completely amicable" terms with the firm. No reason for Richard's departure was given. AMD said that its global sales and marketing organization will now report into the office of the CEO.
