Autodesk Buys SeeControl

San Francisco-based Autodesk said Thursday afternoon that it is acquiring San Francisco-based SeeControl>, a developer of enterprise, Internet-of-Things software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. SeeControl's cloud-based service helps manufacturers and systems integrators with monitoring and controlling remote devices.
