Autodesk Completes NavisWorks Acquisition

San Rafael-based Autodesk said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of NavisWorks, in a deal worth $26M plus working capital adjustment. NavisWorks provides software used for 3D design and construction, and is based in Sheffield, England. The software is used for the architecture, engineering, construction, shipbuilding, and plant design industry.
