Cisco Picks Up SolveDirect

San Jose-based networking products maker Cisco announced this morning that it has acquired SolveDirect, a Vienna, Austria-based developer of cloud-based, services management integration software and services. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cisco said that SolveDirect's team becomes part of the Cisco Services Team under Mala Anand.
