Facebook Buys Swaylo

Mountain View-based Facebook has acquired Threadsy, the firm behind the Facebook analysis service Swaylo, Threadsy said over the weekend. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Threadsy said that SwayloPro, the premium version of Swaylo, will continue to operate as a separate, independent company owned by its current investors. Swaylo's service, Sway, provided a score measuring social media' users influence in the social media and real world. Threadsy said that people will no longer be able to access their Sway scores on the service after the acquisition.
