Intalio Buys Two Software Firms

Palo Alto-based Intalio, a developer of enterprise cloud computing products, announced Tuesday afternoon that the firm has acquired two software firms. Intalio said it acquired Buenos Aires, Argentica-based CodeGlide, and Munich, Germany-based ProcessSquare. Financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed. CodeGlide developed customer relationship management (CRM) software; ProcessSquare was a developer of business process management (BPM) applications. Intalio said it would offer the applications developed by both firms through its cloud services.
