Keynote Buys DeviceAnywhere

San Mateo-based Keynote Systems, the developer of Internet and mobile traffic monitoring services, said this morning that it has acquired DeviceAnywhere, a developer of mobile testing and quality assurance tools. Keynote said it will pay approximately $60M in cash plus unspecified earnout for DeviceAnywhere, which is also based in San Bruno. DeviceAnywhere was headed by Faraz A. Syed.
